Ar. Kokila M P is an experienced architectural educator and freelance architect with over 8 years of expertise in design, construction technology, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Her academic and industry background blends a strong foundation in architectural practice with a passion for innovation in digital workflows and design education.
She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Architecture, and has taught at leading institutions including RVS Padmavathy School of Architecture, Anand School of Architecture, and Crescent School of Architecture. Her commitment to education is matched by her professional work, having collaborated extensively with JB & KM Structural Consultants and Designers Ltd. from 2020 to 2023 on remote and on-site residential projects.
Kokila has earned certification in Revit and BIM technologies from Kaaarwan Academy, enhancing her skillset in BIM modeling, MEP coordination, 4D simulation, and collaborative workflows. She specializes in integrating BIM methodologies with real-world design processes to improve coordination, compliance, and clarity in project delivery.
Her toolset includes AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Canva, Google SketchUp, Navisworks, and Twinmotion, with a consistent emphasis on bridging traditional design thinking with cutting-edge digital practices.
