Project Overview

The Nagole Elevation Project presents a bold reinterpretation of vertical living in a compact urban plot. Designed for a G+4 residential structure, the façade is a study in volumetric composition, material balance, and climatic responsiveness. The massing is kept clean yet dynamic, ensuring street presence while integrating privacy and ventilation strategies for each unit.

Design Highlights
  • Framed Façade Composition
Strong horizontal and vertical lines define the elevation with a prominent cubic frame enclosing recessed balconies, offering depth and visual clarity.
  • Dual-Tone Material Strategy
A contrast between textured stone cladding on the main wall and crisp white render on the framed zones enhances the material narrative of solidity and lightness.
  • Integrated Privacy Screens
Vertical fins and slatted panels not only provide shading but also maintain privacy for occupants without compromising the flow of natural light and ventilation.
  • Balcony Recesses with Wood Finishes
Wooden soffits within the balcony cut-outs soften the elevation and add a warm, tactile experience for the residents.
  • Pilotis Ground Level
The stilt-level parking is treated with lightness, elevating the main mass and ensuring minimal visual obstruction from the street.
Design Statement

The Nagole Elevation is a refined and context-responsive design that balances architectural identity with everyday functionality. It combines structural efficiency, aesthetic rhythm, and material honesty—creating a vertical habitat that is both grounded and elevated in expression.
