Designed as a three-storey urban home, the elevation strikes a balance between openness and privacy, incorporating locally inspired textures and smart shading devices. The design integrates contemporary aesthetics with functional detailing to enhance spatial comfort and visual identity.

- Cantilevered Massing: Sharp, cantilevered balconies create dynamic visual layering while offering shade and outdoor utility.
- Terracotta Jaali Element: A custom brick jaali panel adds texture, allows cross-ventilation, and reduces direct solar gain.
- Large Fenestrations: Floor-to-ceiling glazing framed with deep reveals ensures ample natural light and visual connectivity with nature.
- Pergola Canopy: A steel-and-glass pergola marks the entrance with a soft, filtered transition from street to home.
